Your clinic's data is mirrored between our Sydney and Melbourne server locations to provide geographical redundancy and protect from a fault or issue arising in one location. In the event of a fault, we can automatically reroute traffic to the alternative location keeping you online.
Your data is automatically backed up to our second location in real-time as well as being backed up hourly to two locations within Sydney and one in Melbourne providing peace of mind and the highest protection for your data. For our growth plan subscribers - we offer the additional offer of backup downloads so you can download a copy of your backup.
We have put in place multiple redundancies within our network to ensure that there is an additional system ready to take over, should one fail. We also have a multi-step change process that involves a two-person review before we make a change to a live system.
